If you do not receive a confirmation code email when logging in, withdrawing funds, or performing other operations, it often ends up in the 'Spam' folder or is blocked by the email.
We recommend taking two simple steps:
1. Check the 'Spam' / 'Junk' folder.
2. Add the sender addresses of Abcobmen to the whitelist of your email. This ensures that all future emails will go directly to 'Inbox'.
Which addresses to add:
- [email protected];
- [email protected] (main);
- [email protected];
- The address can be found in emails that have arrived earlier.
How to add an email address to the whitelist in Yandex Mail and Gmail
Yandex Mail
1. To add an email to the whitelist in Yandex Mail, go to 'All settings';
2. Then go to the 'Email processing rules' section and in the 'Whitelist' block, enter the required sender address (for example, [email protected]);
3. Click 'Add' — this ensures that emails from there do not end up in spam, but go straight to 'Inbox'.
Gmail
1. Open Settings: In the upper right corner of Gmail, click on the gear icon (⚙️) and select 'All settings' (or 'See all settings').
2. Go to filters: Select the 'Filters and blocked addresses' tab.
3. Create a new filter: Click 'Create new filter'.
4. Specify the sender's address: In the 'From' field, enter the email address you want to add to the whitelist (for example, [email protected]).
5. Click 'Create filter': After entering the address, click 'Create filter'.
6. Choose an action for the filter:
6.1. Check the box next to 'Never send to spam'.
6.2. For safety, also check 'Mark as important' and/or 'Always mark as important'.
6.3. If you want emails to go directly to 'Inbox' and not to 'Promotions' or 'Notifications', check the box 'Skip 'Inbox' (do not send to spam)'.
7. Complete the creation: Click 'Create filter'.
Now emails from this sender will be reliably delivered to your mailbox, bypassing the 'Spam' folder.
