1. Terms and definitions of the Agreement.

2. Introduction.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties.

4.1.6. The User confirms that he has legal grounds to dispose of the funds used during the exchange.

4.1.7. The Service is not responsible for blocking user accounts when transferring to the Service details or receiving funds to its details from the Service.

4.1.8. The Service does not provide videos, screenshots, photos and other information on translations.

4.1.9. The Exchange Service does not reimburse the funds spent on payment of the commission when transferring to the Service details.

4.1.10. If the User clicked on the “Create an application” button, then he agrees with all the clauses of this agreement.

4.1.11. The exchange is considered completed after the transfer of funds to the details provided by the user.

4.1.12. If the User incorrectly identified the sender /recipient account, the Platform does not conduct an exchange. The return of funds is carried out only after the Client"s request by e-mail. At the same time, commissions are charged, as well as a fine of 2% of the transfer amount.

4.2. The Service undertakes:

4.2.1. Provide electronic money exchange services to the Client in accordance with the rules and regulations of this Agreement.

4.2.2. Provide the Client with the necessary technical assistance and advice.

4.2.3. Keep accurate statistics on discounts and referral charges of Clients.

4.2.4. Take all possible and available actions to prevent attempts of illegal trade, financial fraud and money laundering using the services of the Service.

4.2.5. Keep confidential and not disclose to third parties information on exchange transactions, as well as personal data of Clients.

4.3. The User undertakes to:

4.3.1. Indicate correct and reliable data on the website.

4.3.2. Make payment on request within 15 minutes.

4.3.3. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.

4.3.4. Not to violate the current legislation of the country in which the client is located by exchanging on the abcobmen.net service

4.3.5. When registering, indicate your correct e-mail address.

4.3.6. In cases where the data in the application is not specified correctly, contact the service administration by mail with the information requested by the administration. It is necessary to carry out correspondence from the mail that was specified in the application.

4.3.7. If there is no receipt of funds and /or partial / incomplete receipt of funds to the client"s details, contact the Service administration no later than 30 days from the date of creation of the application. Otherwise, the funds will not be credited.

4.3.8. Not to use the service and its functionality for illegal purposes, for the purpose of hiding income and avoiding taxation, as well as illegal profit-making.

4.3.9. Use your account on the service alone, without providing access to your personal account to third parties.

4.3.11. The User guarantees that at the time of using the Service he has reached the age of majority, in accordance with the laws of the country where the User is located.

4.4. The User has the right:

4.5. The Service has the right to:

4.5.1. Suspend the service for a technical break, notifying users on the site.

4.5.2. Decide on the possibility of applying discounts on exchange transactions at its discretion. Exchange discounts do not apply if the service does not benefit from the application, that is, if the percentage of exchange is negative or zero.

4.5.3. Change/delete/add exchange directions, edit the payment method for each direction.

5. Provision of information.

Force majeure also includes situations where the processing of an application cannot be fully completed due to incorrect operation of third-party services (PS, banks, exchanges).

8. Identification of the person.
